Accommodation

To secure your hotel accommodation we will require your form to be returned before 1st June 2010 together with credit card details. Your credit card details will be forwarded to the hotel prior to your arrival to secure your reservation. In the event of non-arrival or cancellation after 1st June 2010, the hotel will charge to the card an amount up to the equivalent of the full stay booked. Some hotels may take a deposit from the card. Please note that any reduction in room nights will be treated as a cancellation by the hotel and the hotel will be entitled to take payment from the card provided. Please ensure that your credit card is valid at the time of booking otherwise your accommodation cannot be guaranteed. Delegates must settle their accounts on the day of arrival or departure.

All rates quoted are inclusive of VAT charged at 17.5%.

Onsite Accommodation

Heriot-Watt University Residences – must be booked by 1st June (availability cannot be guaranteed after this date)
Please note that to secure a reservation, payment must be made in full at the time of booking and will be non-refundable.

The Riccarton Campus accommodation is adjacent to the Conference Centre and is ideally located to avoid the 30-minute journey from the city centre to the Conference. The Campus is also conveniently located for Edinburgh Airport. The rooms are comfortable, but of a basic standard. The woodland campus has excellent on-site amenities including dining facilities, a bar, campus general store, bank with ATM, launderette and The Centre for Sports and Exercise. A frequent bus service runs from near the Campus in to the city centre.

Although we recommend staying onsite to avoid a long commute to the conference each morning, the following city centre hotels are also available.
